All together we really enjoyed our stay, the place was very dry clean and comfy! Positive: The apartment was very secure with 2 very friendly security staff on the door at all times. There was a 7/11 right next door which was great for getting essentials. You are also a 30 sec walk from the Subway. There was also local taco stands, coffee shops and cafes close by. It is about a 15 min walk to central Roma Norte so nice to be slightly out of the hussle and bustle but you are on a main road so feels a bit more city than local.

Wonderful building with the kindest staff - loved my stay

Clean, friendly, convenient walkable location Positive: Very clean, the staff were so nice and responsive. The apartment was as described. Bed was very comfortable. The location was central - we easily walked to Chapultepec Park and the Anthropology Museum and all over Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. Plus there is a metro stop on the same block. We used the laundry room in the basement which was a huge bonus. Negative: Minor awkward details mostly that we could easily deal with for a short term. The windows faced close other buildings and meant we kept the curtains drawn most of the time.

Positive: Excellent location in between Roma and Condesa with a number of CDMX gems a stone throw away, the security guards are so kind and warm, and always available to help. Safety was always a priority for them Negative: The first apartment I was given had an awful sewage smell so I had to move rooms - I appreciate how quickly this was sorted. No real air on facilities or any way to air out the apartment. I wish they also offered a cleaning service for free especially for those with slightly longer stays
