gran amabilidad de personal pero falta mejorar sus procesos Positive: la amabilidad del personal Negative: no tenían actualizada la clave de acceso y me dieron una equivocada, después de 6 llamadas y media hora finalmente me enviaron la correcta; la hora de entrada 4:00 PM fue muy tarde, originalmente señalaban que 2:00 PM pero fue hasta las 4 PM finalmente, al estar frente a una avenida grande hay mucho ruido de automóviles, ambulancias y patrullas, es un edificio nuevo así que siguen todavía contratistas trabajando en algunas partes de él.

Amazing, convenient, and reliable Positive: I stayed here for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything I needed — but what really made it special was the incredible view I got to wake up to every day. Easily one of the best locations I could imagine, close to everything yet peaceful. The host and staff were amazing — always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Positive: In a very safe and good location with everything so close very walkable ! Negative: Sometimes the elevator was out of service but I get it it’s a mew hotel building so very understandable
